Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we strive to ensure every order is perfect, if you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@pinkhotmess.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item at no additional cost, subject to verification.
